Who You Are
Brook Farmers are contributors rather than consumers. They consider it a privilege to serve others by building relationships of trust and by fostering a sense of connection and compassion. The Coordinator spends the majority of their time educating and training staff, writing practice protocols and preparing for annual accreditation, and identifying room for growth as an individual, team, company, and community. They are constantly looking to learn more about not only veterinary medicine but about life itself: an inborn love for learning and a passion for all things eclectic and esoteric is essential. They are obsessed with getting the details right - even if that means doing the (sometimes dirty) job yourself - and using the time they spend on the floor to influence future coaching and assessment.
